Knaller, Susanne: Guido Cavalcanti und Dante Alighieri. Zeitstrukturen und Poetik der Liebe: „Donna me prega“ und Vita nuova im Vergleich
Questo studio di due testi spesso interpretati e confrontati tra di loro non segue le speculazioni cronologiche trovate nella critica recente. Parte piuttosto da una dettagliata analisi della famosa canzone nel contesto di altre poesie di Guido per poi proseguire al prosimetro di Dante. Confrontando in seguito il conflitto tra semiosi dell’universale e trascendenza dell’individuale, centrale per il discorso conoscitivo in Cavalcanti e in Dante, si arriva a relativare il cosiddetto pessimismo cavalcantiano e a mettere in una prospettiva nuova la poetica teologica di Dante. Mentre a Cavalcanti non rimane che (felicemente) ricordare (un processo sensitivo) il momento della pura conoscenza, il che dimostra tra l’altro con la divisione dell’io lirico in un’io osservante e osservato, Dante concepisce la possibilità di una sintesi tra res e verba, historia e ordo divinus con la struttura prosimetrale. Con il modo di una memoria narrativizzata e allo stesso momento commentata Dante riesce a creare una sincronizzazione di ordo divino e tempo individuale (autobiografico) aprendo cosí la via alla poesia come forma di conoscenza che raggiunge l’universale senza dover eliminare il momento individuale – ordo est amor poetae.
Nolden, Thomas: Strukturen autobiographischen Schreibens in der Literatur der jüdischen générations d´après
The article reads autobiographical texts by Jewish-French authors born after the Shoah against the backdrop of survivor memoirs and distinguishes a variety of narrative features that characterize contemporary écriture de soi. The usage of the metaphors of the mirror and the gaze which figured prominently in Sartre’s seminal construction of the Jew had also structured the relationship between Jewish narrator and anti-Semite in earlier autobiographies. These metaphors, however, have given way to intriguing notions of self-conception. The authors of the générations d’après no longer recognize their particularity in the gaze of the gentile Other. Instead, in the act of autobiographical writing they assert their Jewishness either as part of a mission that relates from genealogical ties or as part of a project of self-creation – or autojudéographie – that introduces them, as it were, to the covenant as Juifs de volonté.

Zamora Salamanca, Francisco: Planificación lingüística y traducción en español. José Robles Pazos y Max Dickmann
En este trabajo se plantea la posibilidad de asociar las nociones de planificación lingüística y traducción, que hasta fechas muy recientes no se habían puesto en relación entre sí. El caso estudiado es el de las traducciones al español de dos obras del escritor estadounidense John Dos Passos, – Manhattan Transfer (1925) y The 42nd Parallel (1930), que más tarde constituiría el primer libro de la trilogía U.S.A. de este mismo autor. Dichas traducciones fueron realizadas respectivamente por José Robles Pazos, desaparecido en plena Guerra Civil española, y por el escritor argentino Max Dickmann. Se presenta a ambos traductores como mediadores, tanto en España como en Latinoamérica, entre la cultura angloamericana transmitida en las obras de Dos Passos y los lectores del mundo hispánico. Se resalta también la importante función de las dos editoriales que se encargaron de la publicación de ambas traducciones – la editorial madrileña Cenit y la editorial bonaerense Santiago Rueda.
